Dogs Playing Poker refers collectively to a series of sixteen paintings created by C. M. Coolidge. They were commissioned in 1903 by Brown & Bigelow to advertise cigars. All the paintings in the series feature dogs, famously seated around various poker sites smoking the finest cigars and playing texas holdem.
